The Scarlet Knight T&F Day Camp's primary goal is to stimulate interest and achievement in track & field among student-athletes of all ages throughout the entire Northern New Jersey Area, and to provide an opportunity for people to come together in the spirit of our great sport.

Our Business

The SKT&FDC offers a staff which features over 50 combined years of running, throwing, jumping, racing and coaching experince at the highest levels of track & field competition.  In addition, our day camp includes a talented group of counselors who are great champions of our esteemed track & field programs of the past.

Coached several Nike National All-Americans

Coached the 2009 Nike Outdoor

4x800 National Championship Team

Led the Morris Hills XC and Winter Track Programs to win 20 NJ State Team Championship Titles over the past 10 years

Coached numerous Conference, Morris County, State Sectional, and State Group individual Track Champions in the 800m, 1600m and 3200m events.

Coached numerous shot putters over 50’ Barrier

Coached numerous Conference, Morris County, Parochial  and State Sectional Champions in the Shot Put, Discus, Javelin, and High Jump over a 18 year career

Led 4 Consecutive Outdoor Track & Field Teams to NJSIAA State Sectional  Team Titles 2002-03-04-05
